Once you’ve completed the voucher redemption template, you can upload it here for our team to review and process.
Please ensure your file follows the correct format and includes all relevant voucher codes before submitting.
Before You Upload
– Use the provided template to ensure correct formatting
– Enter all voucher codes clearly in the designated column
– Leave the “Redeemed Date” field blank unless instructed otherwise
– Save your file in .xlsx, .xls, or .csv format

The Victorian MMR Vaccination Access Program provides a tangible opportunity to demonstrate this capability in action.
This is not simply a participation exercise. It is an opportunity for pharmacy to lead, to mobilise quickly, to execute effectively, and to show our Local Public Health Unit partners what coordinated pharmacy-led public health delivery can achieve.
When we identify eligible patients, assist them seamlessly through the voucher process, and vaccinate without delay, we do more than administer a vaccine. We reinforce the profession’s position as a trusted and scalable public health partner.
We have long articulated that pharmacy is part of the solution. This program enables us to demonstrate it clearly and collectively.
