Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I can’t attend the clinic in person?
No problem — our voucher-management service means you can still get covered. We’ll issue a digital voucher so you can organise an alternative vaccination pathway (e.g. at a participating clinic), ensuring you don’t miss out even if you can’t come onsite.
Are vaccines really safe and effective?
Yes — vaccines work by training your body’s immune system to recognise and fight infections without causing the disease. This keeps individuals safe and also reduces the risk of outbreaks in the broader community.
Do I have to pay for vaccination through The Vaccination Hub?
For many vaccinations under government programs in Australia, vaccine cost is covered. The Vaccination Hub handles administration, coordination and logistics — our fees (or those set by employers/organisers) typically cover those services, not vaccine costs themselves. If you’re eligible under public immunisation programs, you may not have to pay anything extra.
What if I miss a dose or need a booster shot later on?
That’s okay — it’s common for immunisation schedules to require multiple doses or boosters, depending on the vaccine. The Vaccination Hub can help track due dates, send reminders and organise follow-up clinics so you stay fully protected.
