Aged Care Program

Built to Meet the New Aged Care Provider Obligations

Our Program = Compliance

National Coordination Across Aged Care Groups

We coordinate immunisation across entire aged care organisations, assessing residents across all facilities and providing live, site-level coverage reporting to head office. This supports consistent standards, executive oversight, and board-level governance.

Dedicated Immunisation Coordinator

Each facility is supported by a dedicated Immunisation Coordinator who oversees vaccination delivery, reporting, and governance alignment. This provides a single accountable lead and ensures continuity, quality, and clear provider oversight.

Comprehensive Vaccine Offering

We provide access to National Immunisation Program vaccines including Influenza, COVID-19, Shingles, and Pneumococcal, with private vaccines such as RSV and dTpa available for residents who choose additional protection and extended coverage.

Resident Vaccination Coverage Assurance

We deliver clear visibility of resident vaccination status across your organisation, identifying coverage gaps and risk cohorts. This supports preventive care obligations, clinical governance, and informed executive decision making.

Catch Up and Continuity Pathways

We provide structured catch up pathways and forward planning to ensure residents remain up to date over time. This supports continuity of care, reduces missed vaccinations, and strengthens ongoing compliance.

Digital Consent and AIR Reporting

We manage secure digital consent, upload all vaccinations to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), and provide audit ready reporting. This supports accreditation, regulatory compliance, and provider governance requirements.

Audit-Ready Documentation and Governance Reporting

We generate structured evidence, coverage summaries, and exportable reports to support audits, accreditation, and regulatory review, strengthening traceability, accountability, and governance confidence

Free of Charge for
Residents

Vaccinations are provided at no cost to eligible residents under the National Immunisation Program, removing financial barriers while supporting access, equity, and aged care provider compliance.

Facility Engagement and Governance Alignment

We work with facility leadership to align the immunisation program with Aged Care Act 2024 obligations, including Section 153 clinical governance requirements. This ensures vaccination delivery is embedded into existing governance structures, risk frameworks, and resident safety systems from the outset.

Resident Vaccination Audit and Risk Baseline

We conduct a comprehensive audit of resident vaccination status, reviewing clinical records and AIR history to establish a baseline for coverage, risk, and preventive care compliance.

This supports provider obligations to identify health risks, manage vaccine preventable disease exposure, and maintain accurate health records.

Coverage Gap Identification and Catch Up Planning

We identify vaccination gaps, high risk residents, and overdue schedules, then develop a structured 0, 2, and 6 month catch up plan aligned with National Immunisation Program recommendations.

This supports provider responsibilities to ensure preventive care is accessible, appropriate, and actively managed.

Before the Clinic: Consent, Information, and Pre Screening

We manage digital or paper consent, distribute vaccine information and side effect guidance, and capture pre screening and medical history data.

This strengthens compliance with obligations around informed consent, resident rights, clinical safety, and documentation.

Onsite Clinic Delivery with Real Time Governance Controls

Clinics are delivered by experienced aged care vaccinators with live AIR verification at the time of vaccination to prevent duplication, confirm eligibility, and ensure accurate clinical records.

We capture vaccine type, batch number, expiry, site of administration, and time of delivery, supporting traceability, medication safety, and audit readiness.

After the Clinic: Reporting, Oversight, and Forward Planning

We provide clinic summary reports, update resident records in real time, and maintain coverage dashboards to support ongoing governance oversight and risk management.

We also schedule forward planned clinics for the next 12 to 18 months, supporting continuity of preventive care and sustained compliance.
