The Vaccination Hub works with public health teams to bridge the gap between public health intent and real-world vaccination delivery.
Our platform connects eligibility criteria, consumer access, pharmacy networks and funding pathways into a single, coordinated model. This enables patients to easily determine eligibility, locate a participating provider, and access funded vaccination through their local pharmacy.
By activating a national, scalable pharmacy network, we enable rapid and equitable access to vaccines, particularly for populations that are often hardest to reach.
